Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account and using Japan Access Gateway ("JAG", "the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

JAG provides Japan IP access via WireGuard VPN tunneling. The Service is intended for legitimate personal and small business use, including accessing Japan-based services, websites, and systems that you have authorization to use.

3. Prohibited Use

You may not use the Service to:

  • Access systems or accounts you do not have authorization to access
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe the intellectual property rights of others
  • Transmit malware, spam, or harmful content
  • Engage in fraud, deception, or impersonation
  • Violate the terms of service of third-party platforms

4. Account Suspension

JAG reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts found to be in violation of these Terms, without prior notice. Refunds are not provided for suspended accounts.

5. Billing and Refunds

Subscriptions are billed monthly. 24-hour passes are non-refundable. Monthly subscriptions canceled mid-period are not refunded for the remaining period.

6. Service Availability

JAG does not guarantee 100% uptime. Planned maintenance will be announced in advance where possible. We are not liable for damages resulting from service unavailability.

7. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy for details on what data we collect and how we use it. We do not log the content of your internet traffic.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
