We collect only what is necessary to provide the Service:
- Account information: Email address, display name, password (hashed)
- Billing information: Processed by Stripe. We do not store card details.
- Connection metadata: Session start/end times, node used, bytes transferred. We do not log traffic content.
- Terms consent: Version and timestamp of your agreement to our Terms of Service.
What We Do Not Log
We do not log, monitor, or store:
- The content of your internet traffic
- The websites you visit through the Service
- DNS queries made through the Service
How We Use Your Data
- To provide and maintain the Service
- To process payments
- To respond to support requests
- To detect and prevent abuse
- To comply with legal obligations
Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with:
- Stripe: For payment processing
- Supabase: For database hosting (data stored in your selected region)
- Law enforcement: Only when required by applicable law
Data Retention
Account data is retained while your account is active. Connection metadata is retained for 90 days. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting support.
